We will issue refunds by cheque within 7 working days of processing time

The price of the product is indicated on the receipt. How much the product is purchased for will be fully refunded (but not including any coupons used). Sales tax, shipping and handling is non refundable upon purchasing.

  • Passed the 7 Days claim warranty period, will not be entertaine
  • You don’t receive an item
  • You receive an item that doesn’t match the listing descriptions
  • If the buyer doesn’t receive an item, the buyer needs to report that they didn’t receive the item by contacting us. We will address the buyer’s concern and provide updates on the delivery of the item, tracking information or even a refund.
  • Received with defective parts
  • Received with missing parts
  • Item is faulty
  • You must have the original external packaging
  • Reason for returning has to be valid and meet the conditions for the product to be returned

1. Our customer service agent will contact you shortly.

2. A pickup service or a drop off service will be arranged.

3. Kindly ensure that the item to be returned is with its original packaging, free gifts, warranties, tags, manuals or any item that came with it. Please make sure to cover the item with a simple external packaging like plastic to avoid damage to the parcel during transportation.

3(a). For the pickup service, hand over the securely packed return parcel to our courier.

3(b). For drop off option, please print and paste the return label on top of the securely packed parcel and drop it off to 28 Upper Weld Rd Spore 207385

4. Once your item is received in our warehouse, we will evaluate the product based on your return request. We will update you after the quality evaluation process that usually takes around 2 to 4 working days.

Refund process only begins after we have completed evaluating your returned product.

This quality evaluation process may take 2 to 4 business days once it reached our warehouse

A refund will be processed and should be completed within a day; it may take 7- 14 business days for the amount to reflect in your account depending on your local bank policies.

After you fill out the Online Return Form, our customer service agents will get back to you and will arrange a schedule for the pick-up of your item.
