If a hardware fault occurs under normal use within 7 days, we will provide a 1-to-1 exchange.
1-Month Warranty
Covers hardware defects under normal use. Support will be provided via repair or replacement at our discretion.
What is considered normal use
Everyday use such as:
- Browsing, work, and school tasks
- Streaming and general applications
- Use in a dry, indoor environment
What’s Covered
- Internal hardware faults
- Charging or power issues
Not Covered
- Physical or liquid damage
- Battery wear and normal wear & tear
- Software issues or performance expectations
- Unauthorized repair or modification
