7-Day Returns & Exchanges

What we need from you:

  • Order number
  • SKU / model number
  • Proof of purchase

Time window:

  • Requests must be made within 7 days from the purchase date

How it works:

  • We review your request and provide next steps
  • Once the item is received, it is inspected before a resolution is confirmed
  • Processing is typically completed within 7 working days after inspection starts

Collection / return transport:

  • If pick-up is required, a courier fee may apply
  • Transport details are shared by our support team during the arrangement

Important:

  • Requests made after the 7-day window may not be accepted
What situations are covered within the 7-day window?

A return or exchange may be considered if:

  • The item differs from the listing description
  • Parts or accessories are missing (as confirmed by inspection)
  • The item is not functioning on arrival
  • Delivery was unsuccessful after verification

Each request is reviewed individually.

Requirements for a valid return
  • Keep the original external packaging (where applicable)
  • Include all accessories and any included items
  • Item should be in a condition suitable for inspection
  • Contact support first before sending any item back
What happens after I submit the online return form?
  1. Our team reviews your request details
  2. You receive pick-up or drop-off instructions
  3. Item is inspected after arrival
  4. We update you with the next step after checks are complete

Typical inspection time: 2–4 business days after arrival.
